Important – Confirmation Requirement: To confirm your appointment, the clinic must have a valid credit card on file. An online booking request is not considered a confirmed appointment until this requirement has been completed and the booking has been validated by the clinic.

Credit Card Requirement: First-time patients booking online are required to provide a valid credit card on file. This policy helps reduce no-shows and late cancellations, keeps appointment times available for patients who require treatment, and ensures our therapists' reserved time is respected.

Please Note: Non-RMT massage services are provided by non-registered massage therapists and are not eligible for submission to extended health insurance plans as Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services. An RMT insurance receipt will not be issued.

Therapist Selection: Please note that some of our female therapists provide treatment to female patients only. If you book with a therapist who is unable to accommodate you, your appointment may be transferred to another available therapist. If a suitable therapist is not available, the appointment may be cancelled.

Non RMT Massage

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic wellness therapy designed to promote deep relaxation, mental calmness, and a sense of balance. During the treatment, a gentle and continuous stream of warm herbal oil is carefully poured over the forehead in a slow, rhythmic manner.

Shirodhra

Kizhi, also known as Potli Massage, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that uses warm herbal poultices filled with carefully selected herbs and natural ingredients. Shiroabhyanga (Oil Head Massage)

Swedana is a traditional Ayurvedic wellness therapy that combines warm oil massage with gentle herbal steam therapy to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The treatment typically begins with an Ayurvedic oil massage to prepare and relax the body before the steam therapy.

During the massage, warm Ayurvedic herbal oils are applied using rhythmic and flowing techniques to help ease muscular tension, reduce stiffness, encourage circulation, and promote relaxation. Following the oil massage, the client is comfortably seated in a traditional Swedana steam chamber, with the head remaining outside while the body is exposed to controlled warmth and steam.
