Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) – First-Time Patients

This online booking option is available for first-time patients only. All new-patient bookings are subject to verification by Aashira Wellness. Our clinic will contact you to validate your information and appointment details.

Important – Confirmation Requirement: To confirm your appointment, the clinic must have either valid insurance information or valid credit card details on file. An online booking request is not considered a confirmed appointment until this requirement has been completed and the booking has been validated by the clinic.

Credit Card Requirement: First-time patients booking online are required to provide a valid credit card on file. This policy helps reduce no-shows and late cancellations, keeps appointment times available for patients who require treatment, and ensures our therapists' reserved time is respected.

If you are not comfortable providing a credit card online, please contact the clinic directly at 905-288-7165 to arrange your appointment.

Patients with Insurance Coverage: If you have insurance coverage, our clinic will send you the appropriate insurance and consent forms to complete. Once the required insurance information and forms have been received and verified, the credit card requirement associated with the booking will be released, where applicable.

Therapist Selection: Please note that some of our female therapists provide treatment to female patients only. If you book with a therapist who is unable to accommodate you, your appointment may be transferred to another available RMT. If a suitable therapist is not available, the appointment may be cancelled.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us reduce no-shows, maintain appointment availability for patients who need treatment, and ensure our therapists' reserved treatment time is used effectively.
