Non-RMT Massage – First-Time Patients This online booking option is available for first-time patients only. All new-patient bookings are subject to verification by Aashira Wellness. Our clinic may contact you to validate your information and appointment details. Important – Confirmation Requirement: To confirm your appointment, the clinic must have a valid credit card on file. An online booking request is not considered a confirmed appointment until this requirement has been completed and the booking has been validated by the clinic. Credit Card Requirement: First-time patients booking online are required to provide a valid credit card on file. This policy helps reduce no-shows and late cancellations, keeps appointment times available for patients who require treatment, and ensures our therapists' reserved time is respected. If you are not comfortable providing a credit card online, please contact the clinic directly at 905-288-7165 to arrange your appointment. Please Note: Non-RMT massage services are provided by non-registered massage therapists and are not eligible for submission to extended health insurance plans as Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services. An RMT insurance receipt will not be issued. Therapist Selection: Please note that some of our female therapists provide treatment to female patients only. If you book with a therapist who is unable to accommodate you, your appointment may be transferred to another available therapist. If a suitable therapist is not available, the appointment may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
